I developed CareOregon’s social media effort, adding sites as new lines of business were formed. Eventually, I oversaw a team of six content writers. We crafted a huge annual calendar to support stakeholder engagement, organizational goals and daily agility. Ultimately, the sites became alternative customer service channels, extending access beyond business hours. While my participation ended in August 2018, they are still going strong.
